This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Sparky Host (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Rudra Kapoor (Ludhiana, Punjab, India), collects, uses, and safeguards information obtained from customers (“Customer”, “User”, “you”).

We believe in total transparency: we do not sell your personal data or share your private server configurations.

Information We Collect

We collect only the essential information necessary to provide server provisioning, account authentication, and secure billing:

1.1 Account & Contact Information

  • Customer name or alias
  • Registered email address
  • Billing phone number / state / country (for tax invoices)
  • Discord user identifier (when authenticating via Discord OAuth)

1.2 Technical & Connection Data

  • Customer IP address and browser user-agent at login (for anti-fraud protection)
  • Panel session authentication tokens and access logs
  • Server hardware resource utilization statistics (CPU %, RAM %, disk I/O)

1.3 Payment Metadata

All financial transactions are handled securely by authorized PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree for UPI/Cards). Sparky Host never stores full debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs. We retain only gateway transaction IDs, invoice status, and transaction timestamps.

How We Use Your Information

We process customer information solely for legitimate operational purposes:

  • Instant provisioning and automated configuration of your gaming servers or VPS nodes
  • Generating renewal invoices and processing payment confirmations
  • Sending critical service notifications (downtime maintenance, invoice alerts, security updates)
  • Mitigating fraud, abuse, and illegal network attacks
  • Providing 24/7 technical assistance and responding to support tickets

Data Sharing & Privacy Guarantee

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Data is shared solely with certified infrastructure and payment partners strictly when required to operate the service (e.g., Cashfree for Indian payment settlement, tier-1 data center network transit providers). We may disclose records if legally required by valid court orders issued under Indian jurisdiction.

Data Retention & Deletion Lifecycle

Server containers and user data volumes remain active during your paid subscription. In the event of non-renewal:

  • The service is suspended on the invoice due date.
  • Suspended servers are kept in retention for 7 days (1 week).
  • After 7 days of non-payment, the server container, all files, databases, and off-site backups are permanently destroyed and deleted.
  • Account records and billing receipts are retained as required by Indian accounting and financial reporting standards.
